Loaves & Fishes is a registered 501 organization that has served our community since 1984. Ruth is an excellent role model for how a modern Christian woman, and also man, can glorify God during singlehood. It is a time for us to develop a caring relationship with our parents, as well as allowing ourselves to develop godly romantic relationships . A core value we hold includes serving our guest well……to serve and care for an individual by setting aside time especially for them, getting to know them – and that is what we are here to do.
Loaves & Fishes provides a place for free meals, hospitality, companionship, and advocacy for those in need, regardless of their faith, beliefs, or circumstances. Founded in 1983, Loaves & Fishes is located in St. John’s Church. We are grateful for their steadfast support. Loaves & Fishes is Tompkins County’s only community kitchen serving free meals Monday through Friday. Our services help bridge the gap when times turn tough, offering a hand up, not just a handout.
